What is wrong with modding veyron? There is no way in hell that you can only get 1000hp out of a 16-cylinder quad-turbo engine. That thing can probably make 1,200hp with only a ecu tune and an exhaust. I will mod mine if I ever buy it, if you can afford a million dollar car, cost of mods or warranty is probably not your biggest concern.

heat is the main problem for not making more power in that car

What... a 1000hp isn't enough?

How far do you go?

Sorry, I forgot bragging rights...

It is cheaper to modify the owner.

Watched the hill climb on the link below your post... have you ever considered anything or anyone coming out in the middle of that residential road? That was almost as bad as that one guy racing with his toddler son in the back seat... (Disregard if that wasn't you in the vid).

No longer stock '06 E55, A3 3.2 Quattro, LRD4 HSE, R107 280SL
Hennesey are smoking friggin mayonaise here ...

VW spent over 5 years getting this car right and all this development time means each one "costs" 5Mio eur each ... and thats if they actually sell the quantity they intended ... (app sales are lagging ) so if Hennesey think they can make a better exhaust by doing a few months work... good luck to them... if I had a Veyron there is no chance I would change a thing other than fill the tank with fuel...

16 radiators ... 1000 hp ... yeah let me fit some cut bypass so I car hear the turbo's squeal ... sheeesh give me a break.

That's true, but VW has to comply with strict emission regulations, as well as noise limits. If they didn't have to, I bet you they would design the exhaust system differently and it would make way more power.
