My E63's new mate...997 GT3 !!!
Just picked it up over the weekend...very fun and exciting to drive...so my wife takes the 63 and the GT3 is all mine (she can't drive stick)...enjoy...

Realizing that they are VERY different cars:
Which one "feels" quicker?
Which one IS quicker?
Is the GT3 decently strong below 4000rpm or is it a dog at low revs?
Is it OK as a "daily driver" or too punishing for regular use?
I also have an E63, and am considering getting a GT3 in addition.
(Had a TT until a month ago.)

The GT3 is quicker but the torque of the big bad ole V8 feels sooo good.
The GT3's rush of power and sound at redilne is sublime
Most 997's (except for the TT cars) are rather anemic below 4500 rpm in third gear and higher; first and second are geared high enough to still pull quite well below (especially first)

#2) Awesome combo of cars (love the color). I have a white E55/panno and when people see it they always say "didn't know what to make of white when you told me about it, but I have to say it looks awesome". You will get that with the GT2 (if you have not already)...
On the color note, here is my take:
White = Some type of elegance/statelyness to it (hard to explain)
Black = Mean and Nasty (period), Elegant, Bad Axx
Silver = Timeless, Vintage, Sleek beautiful in a way...

That 997 GT3 is awesome! The 996 GT3 motor is just absolute perfection. I have no idea how they made it even better, but I have no doubt they did.

(Great color, too, btw. You don't see many 996 GT3s in white, expect for the cup cars of course. But yours is the second 997 GT3 I've seen in white)

oh man! LOVE it! Where did you get it? was it new or used? I been looking for a GT3 and cannot find anything but some used ones going for like 10k over sticker!
