34K acre luxury/vacation home development in Georgia. Center of the development is a race track, 5500 feet drag strip/runway, golf course, and mortorcycle track.
I wish my pockets were a bit deeper I would be in in a heartbeat. The develpments brochure is awesome (marketing material).
Thoughts? This concept being rolled-out anywhere else?

I'd rather get this, and drive over to Laguna Seca.
It's only 10X as much, cheap in relative value...

My thoughts exactly. Painfully LOUD. It is being positioned as somewhat of a "vacation land" and "playground" but when you look at some of thier materials there packages offered in the $20M range (yes, $20M, LOL!). You can buy yourself a monster lot, build an extravegant house, and a track of decent size for $20M (but you may be by yourself).
I can only imagine that the track/strip/airstrip has limited hours of usage and there will be a number of scheduled events.
Supposedly they allow for multiple purchasers per property (not sure how they would monitor it, but I think it is for membership purposes more than anythign). So, one could have a lower cost property (under a million for example = $333,333 per person) with 3 people "in" and it is more cost-effective.
Either way, it would be a blast. OK, so thoughts on cars to have (there are hangars available, too)? One would think a used 996 TT (modified to the hilt is a "must have" for the road-course and some forced induction AMG for the drag strip...
