6-2-07 sacramento dragstrip questions!
i went on sacramentoraceway.com to see what i needed for the june 2nd meet! well that led me to the NHRA web site witch really has me concerned. first they want a SFI approved helmet i never heard of that i just knew M and SA! will a M2005 (motorcycle helmet) be ok? next and car running 11.00 to 11.99 needs a roll cage, WTF? im not putting no roll cage in my car. there were a bunch of other bull**** things like lug nuts have to show the studs(open end lugs) supercharger saftey straps or something like that. what the hell is all this madness?
someone please tell me i can bring my M2005 helmet, E55, drivers lic, and be able to run.

It all depends on the track officials that day.I know the snell 90 helmets are not accepted anymore.You should be fine with your helmet though.And yes if you go faster than 11.99 they can ask you to either slow down or leave the track.Just the way it goes.
