AMS Speed test results
Now I don't know about the rest of you, but to me, the 0-100kph and 200kph results look genuine...its what happens after 124mph is the million dollar question.
Just for comparison, a few years back, the stock SL65 managed 0-300kph (186mph) in 31.9 seconds. The stock E55 is around 42-48 seconds to 186mph.
Now, seeing as the M6's run looks genuine up to 200kph (124mph), it really makes you think about RussRamz's M6 run against that SL65 in Sweden...when Gustav can be bothered to post the videos!

To rent out Nardo test track, get the tyre manufacturers there and this ensemble of cars, drivers, timing equipment and video prodcution leads me to believe this is a very credible test....
Its all power, gearing & aerodynamics... what happens at the end of the qtr mile does not extrapolate thereafter....
