R Turbo, E63 AMG (E55 previous)

Tuning for the E63

Suggestions please, engine, wheels, body mainly.
Car is stock but I am prepared to go crazy (but in style) if I find the right thing.

I am in within Europe and prefer German tuners, but of course open to suggestions.

Go crazy please!
