W215 HeLP!!

So here it goes.... I'm on the highway in Manual mode and I fully engage the throttle so the computer takes over (the click) 3/4 the way through second gear I ease off the throttle enough to dis-engage (the click) so I can manually up shift. The TCU or CPU or whatever controls this scenario in the vehicle tends to get confused and either not shift or miss the gear completely. The real problem started to occur after this scenario unfolded. That is, that a downshift from 3rd to 2nd gear no longer seems to have the same amount of torque resistance? <- (I may have made that word up) and it does not slow me down in the same amount of time or with as much resistance as it use to. This leads me to believe that 2nd gear may also not be putting out as much power as it should if I'm not getting that heavy resistance on the downshift to come to a stop or what have you. 1st gear also doesn't feel quite as monsterous. Needless to say, I'm not happy. I've had the car in to service @ MB and they said nothing was wrong. However, I know my car well enough to know that it sure as hell didn't feel like that before. Has anybody else dealt with this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Also, AMG Rider (Joon) is a friend of mine from home, and suggested that I post my problems here because you guys have helped him so much w/ his own car. Thanks alot!
