Price Help!!!

Guys

I am looking to get a new daily driver. Here is what I am looking to pick up today, how does the price sound?

2003 E55
41k miles
Silver w/ Black Interior
Good condition
No Factory Warranty, but delaer throwing in a 12 month / 12k mile aftermarket warranty

Price - $39,000 out the door

Let me know what you think please.... Does it seem like a decent deal?

You don't mention any options, but with that mileage Edmunds shows a dealer
reatil @ $52k and private party @ $ 46k, so I would say that $39k OTD is a good deal.
Especially comsidering the warranty. I assume you did a Carfax report ? If not, do it !

2005 E55 silver
So did you pick this car up? As long as carfax checked out I would probably buy it. That is probably the cheapest I have seen an 03' from a dealer.

It's cheap assuming it's not a barebone car. But if you want to use it for DD, why don't you ask them to include longer warranty for marginal increase in price?
