03 e55 v 08 e63 review.
sure its been done b4 but here are my impressions.
e55 is what it is, everyone here probably has one so ill just describe the differences.
the 63 sounds meaner stock. maybe its the larger motor or different exhaust but i like it better.
center arm rest is atrocious. its hard and very uncommfortable and your elbow bone sits right on the edge.
not really diggin the flat badge idea for this car. already has a flatish badge on top of the grill. will probably get the cl grill then do the flat badge.
the dead pedal is much larger and more useful.
seats are much more supportive for taking twisties fast.
has a spare!
you dont know what youre missing until you have a FAT steering wheel. shift paddles are fun too.
in sport mode the trans really shifts hard in a good way. 7 speeds are way better than 5.
cant tell any real torque difference. theyre both friggin fast.
nav blows. my $229 mio digiwalker is better and easier to use.
both intake tubes are the same size! yeah!
intake y pipe looks perfect made for forcing air into intake. hard palstic so no ripple like the rubber ones in the 55.
absolutely love the 63 wheels. might not even replace. alright of course i will but they are cool.
if the 09 or 10 e will be modeled after the s class this may be the best looking e ever. the stteper rake of the front end looks great.
