What exactly is "low mileage?"
I thought the Loren (FlyByNight) picked up an engine and trans for $5-6,000...............no?
It would be nice to have a spare in the garage but $16,000 is still a chunk of change.

I totally fantasized about that... ironically while I was remembering how they did that with a Honda Civic wayyyy back when.
Mine was $7500... and included the tranny.

found a motor and tranny for sale in my area but it may not exactly be well u know lol. but alot of other parts off that car i would love to get my hands on

its similar to what you already have but it uses a built block and low compression. I hear the kompressor block is far stronger than the older NA 5.5L V8's.
You wont see much performance increase but it would last longer I think.
