Can any one get these tires? They seem to be out of stock and are not coming back to the US. I need 255/35/19 and a 295/30/19. Let me know what you guys think.

are you looking for a set of r-comp tires?

if so you could also look at the R888 from Toyo and the NT-01 from NITTO (same basic tire as the R888). Both are excellent and offer outstanding grip, cornering stability, and tread life (for a track tire). One benefit is that they don't ride half poorly for what they are intended to do.

I personally had bad luck with the corsa as they totally failed and fell apart in once session.

Your worst nightmare...
I bought the TOYO R888 and love them, would not change them for any tire out there, incredible performance specially when the weather is Hot...

Get the pilot sport cups, they are much better. Go wider and get the 305/30/19.

R-comp tires run far wider than a normal street tire so a 305 Sport Cup will likely have serious rubbing issues. In measurements, a NT-01 in 275/35/18 is as large as a 285/35/18 street tire and even larger than some.

So While 305 would be great fun, I think there could be issues.

But the sport cup is a great tire for sure. But after testing the NT-01 I think it has a serious competitor for a lower price.

Very true. Although what would help a lot is if i knew exactly what car this is for and what wheels he is running.

I never personally tired the NT-01 but heard great things about them. Even some very good things about the Nitto Invo (not a R compound of course, just a regular street tire).

It is for my sl65 running stock wheels. I wanted the cups but the fronts only come in 235/35/19. I am just looking for a sticky tire that can help the car hook up. I do want a tire I can drive on though. I also need a tire that can handle high speeds on the highway. The car gets driven once every 7-10 days. Any ideas on a good sticky tire? Would like to stay with factory size on the front and maybe a bit wider in the rear.

SL65, E55T, Pending S65
Isn't the weight of the SL65 an issue here? I was told to really watch the load ratings of the R compound tires.....
