K3 05 E55 sold, 09 GL550
just dyno my K2 E55 today
outside 95 degree, dyno at 12 PM
My set up :Evoms ECU , Kleemann Pully , Evo Header, Completed VRP CF Airbox , airtube , 10c fan, PTE 160 stat, C090 johnson Pump .
1 run 435 whp
2 run 426 whp
Hope Biturbo can post my dyno sheet on here so any of you can help me . I think there is some thing wrong to my car because I see someone with K2 had 500WHP. any advices that is would be my appreciated .
Sorry I dont know how to post the dyno sheet.

Just e-mail me (vadim@gmgracing.com) the dyno graph and I will post it. See if you can get raw data file from the dyno shop. It will give me a better ability to troubleshoot your problem.

Vadim, I think there is something wrong to my ECU and i'm thinking about flash it back to stock but should I sent ecu back to evoms where they reprogramed my ecu before or i can sent it to any tuner i want .appreciated yours help guys and I'm waiting for your advices

I have the dyno sheet I can fax it to you vadim. Has any one one with the k1 plus evo headers and the vrus airbox done a dyno? I know we did my k2 at this dyno and it made 455whp at the same dyno but I didnt have the the airbox but I also had kleemann headers and down pipes.

I know the dyno guys said that the car seemed as if the car's exhaust was restricted. They could smell the cats? Does any one have a car with similar mods to get an idea of what they dynoed?

called dealer today to found out they upgraded SBC sofware and also replaced and upgrade air injection pump on my car but the SA told me they didn't touch my ECU

Odds are if they did the air injection pump they flashed the ECU. My dealer told me they could not do the upgrade without the reflash. Needless to say I opted to not do it at all.

+1. You may not have the flash. You may have it and not be affected, although it's almost 100% certain you got the ECU flash. I don't think they do part of the recall work without doing it all. My '06 made 435 RWHP bone stock before the K-1.

talked to Cory about losing power because dealer replace the air pump. He says yes they flashed my ECU back to stock so I have to send it to kleemann to have him reflash ECU ,so hopefully I will get my power back .I expect to see 500whp for K2 car . Guys do you think so ?

No sir. I had a Kleeman K4 with LSD and I can promise you won't see anything close to 500rwhp with a K2 setup.
You should be right in the 450 rwhp area.

I agree...I think that 500rwhp is too high...wouldn't that be approx. 620 hp (w/19% loss)...Kleeman site only projects 560hp w/K2.

2. See if you can find a 100 Octane gas and mix about half/half with 91.
3. Check error codes - any auto part store sells OBDII scanners, some even offer free service.
Start from here.

Vadim we have logged his car before. His iats are low and never go over 134 and go as low as 109 if I recall. We also checked to see if he had any pending codes before the dyno and he had nothing. Can you tell me if the evo headers make less or more power then the kleemann headers? What about the vrp airbox does any one know if there is any gain to the wheels with it? My car made 455whp and 525lbft on the same dyno with the k2. I also do not know if his ecu was tuned for headers or if that makes a difference. I dont even think that much power can be lost from the dealer flashing the ecu. His car is about 20whp and 25lbft less then my k2 car. I did have the kleemann down pipes though and he has the cats in place.
