Question E3 Sparkplugs?

I Originally posted this on the SL55 forum, But we have the same motors, and there are so many more people here, I was wondering if any of you guys had any expierience with these?

It's Part No# E3.48

http://www.e3sparkplugs.com/performance.asp

They claim guarenteed 12% power increase! Now that's hard to believe, also I noticed in the conversion chart that one plug crosses over to so many different plugs, which means they are comprimising on heat ranges which could be dangerous.

Any Thoughts?

Thanks,

RoydRage

none
I really don't see how this could increase power much let alone 12 percent. From what I understand of the MB twin spark setup it is pretty damn good at lighting things off so there should be little to improve from a plug stanpoint. If I'm wrong please correct me. So whats that like 40 hp from plugs. If only it was that easy.

I Agree... Hense the Thread...

Some of their literature says 6% still that's also too good to be true with a high HP motor.

I mean... There would be no harm in trying them, they're cheap enough. It's just that each of their plugs crosses over to some many different ones, I think they are comprimising on heat ranges, and that could be dangerous.

I have seen 2hp on 275hp Prostock Motorcycle engine with different plugs on the Superflow 901 dyno... That's like 1%

Hmmmm

And BTW dmhW211E55, Thanks!

Best,

Roydrage
