Hold up, it is a piece of cake and hard to screw up.
Tell me if the button turning makes the car react at all? also, does the raise button work? If you rewire the unit, look at it from two angles. One is power, then the other is having each sensor (3 total) hooked up.
I am no longer a RennTech fan and wish I had a better solution, but it is the best module out.

If you have access to a multimeter (ohms) I would suggest that you unplug the module and check continuitity from the plug to the airmatic module. It sounds like you have thoroughly check the connections so you need to verify them and the harness with a meter.

i put it back to stock...car back to normal...no workshop code. the one button that is black...when it is 0 led is solid 1 it is blinking 2 it is blinking 3...have the height set on 3. i checked continuity on every wire from various points. makes no sense....unless the module is defective?

I would recheck the wiring. A defective one is rare, but possible. The system is really simple, so I wonder if we can't isolate it to either a power wire, or one of the sensor wires.

Stupid question but I have to ask it:
Is the module set to Airmatic or ABC? Because the Renntech module works on both unlike Kleemann and others where you have to buy a different style.

well...the height always stayed normal...it would not raise up...when i tried to raise it up. right...i know in 0...it is supposed to be like stock...but in 0 it still had a workshop code...so my thinking is that the device is defective? i mean why when i rewired it back to stock did the code disappear?

yes and correct 0 should bypass the system and make it as if it is stock. thus leading me to believe a problem with the wiring of some sort...but i checked continuity....i checked the numbering...i checked everything. it makes no sense.

I'm back to thinking the wiring is not lining up right. Please make sure you are connecting as per the pin number on the Airmatic side. I've seen MANY cars have issues with this and it goes away when one wire is fixed.
It is on the big harness on the Airmatic unit. Take it out and the pin numbers are on the inside.
Good luck.

i have the right pin numbers on the airmatic harness. checked 100 times. 40 38 36 34....those are easy because 40 is the furthest on the row it is in...then skip one next one is 38 etc... the power and ground have to be right...because the unit powers on properly so scratch that. then the 25 and 21 which control the rear....ar on the top row and are 6 spaces over from the left and the right side heading over 6 spaces to the middle.

checked the continuity....i didn't check the voltage. just not sure if it matters at this point given the fact that back in stock setting with no elm there is no code. or do you think that i should check the voltage?
