E63 rear diffusor
I'm really liking the E63's diffusor that comes with a new line between the quad exhausts (painted to match the vehicle's color) and was thinking it would be a nice touch to go with the trunk spoiler spoiler..
Here's what I'm talking about:
http://static.blogo.it/autoblog/mercedes_e63_amg_10.jpg
After countless hours surfing the net, I couldn't find a single store that sells it. I found many that sell carbon fiber, and other custom diffusors on ebay, but none have the authentic E63 AMG rear diffusor (not even a replica for that matter!)
So if you guys have an idea, i'd be eternally grateful
if you can point me in the right direction!

True but...
I own an E320 and my old OEM brakes used to squeak like crazy, but ever since I installed the E55 AMG brake set it's been a quiet ride (6 months now).
I haven't replaced my new AMG pads or rotors yet even though I use my car heavily. I would say I have about 10 to 12,000 miles on them by now and with no complaints whatsoever. *fingers crossed*
btw: how many miles did it take before your pads started squeaking?

Hey guys go easy on me okay?! hahahaha
Yeah as much as I'd hate to admit it, I have the E55 badges on my car but i DID buy it that way (honestly, it was a second hand through the dealer!)
Well that's not much of an excuse though, I could've debaged it myself but i didn't coz the AMG badge was too tempting to remove
.. It's too late now coz everyone thinks it's an E55 (obviously i didn't race up against anyone yet!)..

Thanks SteveFox, but I'm still in the poser zone nonetheless!! hahaha
I appreciate your comments buddy! ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Thanks Murtaza, that really shows your class![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)

Anyways, my mercedes days are almost over.. And apparently to various members' relief, I will no longer be a member of this forum since I'll be moving to the darkside
.. The Porsche side to be precise
The thing I'll probably miss the most about the Benz is its SBC brakes, I just can't imagine myself driving a car without them!
Anyways I have the following to go if any of you fellow W211 oweners are interested (i'll put them up at the Classifieds section soon, but i'll give you a heads up now):
1) Euro COMAND system (with video connection)
2) DVD Navigation Module + GPS antenna + harness
3) Digital TV-Tuner

Before you get the Porsche, I must advise you that the Carrera GT bodykit doesn't fit the Boxster...just kidding.

As for the diffuser, I believe that the e63s come like that stock. If you want to get it, you might want to contact the dealer and ask them about it. Hope everything works out.

I know this isn't the right place to post this, but I'm torn apart between ordering a 911 Carrera with every conceivable option (carbon interior, 19' wheels, sport kit + exhausts, lowered suspension + spacers, Nav + BOSE ..etc) or a basic Carrera S.
At the moment I'm thinking the Carrera and not the "S", since I can always mod it later and increase a few horses and ponies here and there.. Whereas if I go for the Carrera S now, it won't be that easy to add "options" later
P.S. Whatever car I go for I'm ordering it debadged (it's an option with Porsche and I believe they just badge with the generic "911" badge)

HAHAHAHA I'm putting that picture on my wall of shame. But yeah, I was just kidding about the Boxster thing. I just figured that since everyone was making jokes in this thread, I might as well think of one that was actually funny...
But now you got me looking into the rear diffusor too. I' starting to think that the entire bumper might need to be replaced. Not sure if it's worth it but I guess it's worth finding out at least. Let me know if you find out anything new and good luck with the 911.

You've spent so much money on making your car look like an E55... why not just get one?
As for the P car, go with an S... or find one used in good condition. Power over options is what I say.
Would his Navi for sale work on '04 E55?

Unlike yourself, who judged my sanity based a badge on my vehicle (which happened to be installed by the previous owner of my car)
B) My "friends" know that my car is an E320.. And I did not "openly lie about what kind of car I have".
If I were a true poser I could've listed my car in this forum as an E55 and I would seriously doubt that any members would be able to spot the slightest sign of it being an E320.. But I choose not to.. Why? because I couldn't care less about what people think.
C) Murtaza, this is going no where.. If you were offended by me commenting on your insult, then I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do
