over here.. mercedes of maitland, garbage cause they doesnt know what theyre doing and takes forever..... mercedes of south orlando, forever tries to rip me off no matter what it is but quick service and one time, they unplugged one of my airmatic plugs and threw a code and told me to change my whole airmatic suspension, glad i didnt listen to them since it was goin to cost me

Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown Maryland I would rate 8/10. They always have a decent loaner but they do not do "free at home pickup" the way a BMW Dealership would. The current staff is excellent and they will really take the time to explain problems and work with you. Service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for in the long run with these cars. Only problem we had was on an ML my mother bought that they claimed needed new tires because they were out of round. Local auto shop weighted them and they were fine! Overall, had a great experience with this dealer 10 plus years.
