Well I'm no expert, but based on what I've read on the forum and my real-live launch attempts (keyword = attempts), I seem to launch the best after driving it hard for a while with the tranny in S mode with suspension in C mode.
When I first got the car, I thought that C mode was the "slowest" and M mode was the "fastest" but it seems that M mode is more of a comprimise between C and S. Where C & S only really give you the options to "cruise" or "fly," M allows you to sorta "cruise fast" or "fly slow."
I personally only put it in M when I'm falling asleep at the wheel and need something to help me stay awake...
In any event, I only had the car for 3 months or so and I'm still learning it myself. But hopefully some experts will respond with their feedback as well.

Set suspension to comfort for better weight distrubution, esp off and transmission in sport mode. Power brake to 1300-1500 or so and roll into the throddle. Get to know when the tires are going to break traction and stay right below that threshold. Once you're around 4000 rpm then you mash it.

don't power brake. although it may be a little more difficult, launching off idle has proven to give better 60ft times when done properly.
otherwise, esp off, do a 2-3 second dry (no water) burnout to clean and slightly heat street tires, tranny in s mode, and suspension in c mode, quickly mash the gas pedal (just shy of a stomp).
