Yes I'm sure you saw one of the 1.5x 60' launch. I thought I'd use this event to get a hang of it again and just take it easy and bring it back next time for full tilt and a fresh set of plugs. :-)
My first few runs were in street trim 20psi boost ran 11.3@121mph because I started braking early. It was a 1.60 60'. From there on the spark plugs kept getting worst and I just added some more octane and turned the boost down. I did click off a 10.8@126mph though with a 1.56 60'. My previous best here was 10.60@133mph before I got bigger turbos.
Appreciate your compliments. I usually video tape my runs and put them online.

I was watching your car all day,very nice runs!
Towards the end of the day I was behind you in the water box when you made a pass.Your car gets violent off the line,no doubt.I could of swore it pulled the left front wheel off the ground!

How extensive is the list of motor mods on your car? I was very impressed on how it ran.Did you ever go heads up with the yellow C5 blown vette? Or the black C5 zo6 vette? I tried to take down the black one but spun the tire and he ended up running his best of the day(11.6@124?)He was pulling me pretty hard on the big end too.

I have a built bottomend from specialty Z with forged internals, slightly overbored. Heads are mildly ported and race cams and springs. Redline at 8k. Two mitsu TD06-20G turbos rated ~400hp each. Fuel system consists of stock pump and bigger lines using 850cc injectors. No nitrous or traction/launch aiding devices. Also 4.10 gears. Tial 48mm wastegates with custom 3" exhaust piping.
I did race a black z06 on my 10.8 run. He ran 11.8@122mph. Looks like he redlighted but I still got him by .4 sec at the 60' mark. LOL

My hats off to you! Myself and the others were watching your car closely,making sure we never got lined up against you! lol

Hey scan the slip of our race I misplaced the slip, its a real amazing run and I need it recorded..On your personal best run Temp was down a few degrees and DA had dropped by 400 ft. Your time corrects down to about what Amir got your car to actually run. whats really interesting I was racing your car when it did a 12.59, on this race I did win but recorded a 12.80, all due to reaction time amir spotted me .5. On the run where we were close you were correct , you bested me on the start and that is why you beat me by .0018. Scan the slip of that race, I was car 8193.

so my car was a bit faster but you bested me at driving.
you jumped to a .038 lead
my car made up a bit and actually had the better trap and ET but you WON the race. .0018 LOL, photo required.
I actually raced your car on the 12.59 run and beat Amir with a 12.80 due to a much better reaction time. I am car 8193 for those that like to study time slips

I thought there was some vids of us racing but not sure.I thought there was one of me and the M5 running.The 300zx was flat out fast,no way around it.I wanted nothing to do with that car all day long.The black c5zo6 tore me up as well,atleast on the pass we lined up with each other.He trapped 124 to my 118.Fully modded motor in it.

The track surface was just perfect for the day.The car never got loose off the line.Most were in the 1.75's and a hand full of 1.70's. tried every trick I knew to get a 1.6 and it just wouldnt do it.Track was just too sticky.
Mine has a ASP pulley,ic pump,heat exchanger and 80mm TB that I put together.Very low dollar mods that I put together myself.

This shows the importance of coming out clean. This race was usually so close but for some reason when this run was filmed Amir suddenly slipped at the launch , guy still ran 12.8@112. This was my 12.6X @112.53

looking forward to seeing you guys out there at the next event in Oct.. i'm in the market for a nice 4 door thats a little fast, and a E55 is the ticket.. i'll make sure i stop by your pit area, and feel free to stop mine.. i will be running my buick GN.. last time i ran there it went 9.60's..

JRocket, I had sun burns all over my face and neck. It was freakin hot.... I usually don't stay under direct sun light that long. But I still had a lot of fun yesterday, we have to do it again soon.....

1/8: 8.354 @ 86.93
1/4: 12.836 @ 109.98
Also note that my car's highest trap (112.32) was on the 12.60 run not the 12.59 run.

After looking through everything I started to realize that your car trapped great and made some super passes. Corrected you are #1(1/4 mile) and #2 (1/8th). So your 100% stock car seems to be faster than the ECU tuned cars. Whats crazy is your car is silly fast through the 1/8th mile then seems to level off rather than picking up through the back half. Keep pushing this car and I am certain she will suprise all of us.
