Passed by local BMW dealer saw nice 2004 e55 with only 21k for $49.5k. The warranty will expire 12/11/07. One concern is the car has had 2 owners. Carfax is clean except the car being serviced at 8k and 9k. The grill changed to "star in grill" like the CL's, nice carbon fiber lip. Seem very clean. Thought and suggestion before i pull the trigger.

 

awesome deal HP! you can prob talk him down to 46-47. spend the $300 and have the dealer do a bumper to bumper inspection on it and give you all of the info on the car via the on board computer. other than that---buy it and post some pix dude!

Definitely do your due diligence and get the pre-buy inspection. See if they can change the I/C pump under warranty. Also, see if you can get the price down a couple of thousand and use that money you saved in an extended warranty. Mercury and/or Daimler Chrysler extended warranty policies usually want you to have at least 1 month left on the factory warranty before their's kicks in...
