Dang, those prices are cheap! Sorry for a minor thread hijack, but does anyone know if is it possible for indeviduals to buy from these auctions or do you have to be a dealer? If so, is it possible to aquire a dealer license and just use it for personal purchases?

It may be worth it if you're buying high end cars 
If you can find an E63 for 70k then you've just saved 25k......
not bad if it only costs 300 to 500 to get a license

P.S. If you look at auction prices of other cars, the discounts are even more. 2007 911 Turbo's are in the low 100k range!
