The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Guess we will need 2x as much I C E ,
Can you bring your DA meter? Or do you know where I can buy one? I can bring GPS. Last time 9/21 the DA I calculated was off due to inaccurate track elevation. I used 850 ft when in fact the track is 1100-1200 ft ABSL, plus it was mid 70's and we still got to 12.59 and you ran 11.7 so .....Dam good results. Day should be identical... high 78 low 52

This time, I'm hoping temps will be in the low 70s since it will be cloudy
I wanted to attend and cheer on the AMG rides.. but me and wife & kids are taking a trip to Scottsdale for a quick getaway.
I'll look forward to a report on Sunday.
Over at the E90post.. there is a thread of 335's thinking they can hang with 55's AMG. Very funny read.
Some guys know first hand that they will need lost of power to keep up, others have stories on killing AMG's.
AT high altitude and with piggy back.. its a different story.. but lower altitude.. very different story.
not flaming the 3L TT engine.. (many know that I would like to downgrade to one) but some don't have a clue.
Some were saying the DA was around 2600-2800 area.Didnt cool off till late in the afternoon, and even then the air was still nasty.

2800-3100 all day

You made me proud today, great learning curve and I am confident you will get that 60 ft down much further.
I ran my 2nd best time EVER today as well
the 12.72@112.2 is just a tick behind my 9/21 run of 12.65@112.3
My 3rd best run was today so feeling pretty good.
You guys once again amazed me!!Congrats to Jangy for really hammering out some great 60 fts and r/t's and also being the lone stock 55 facing a mad gang of sixty threes, LOL.
Trez 63 finally broke into the 12.8 range and trapped triple digis....CONGRATS BRO!!!
Mo and Amir continued to impress with a couple 12.7's
Greg, wow what consistant times and I believe best stock trap speed out of all the unmodded sixty threes.
Shawn in his modded E55, did an 11.8 @118? and Jrocket was his bad *** self as per usual rattling off some nice sub 12 second passes as well. Shawn had the fastest ET and trap, and rookie newbie RARFINANCIAL was the fastest 63 sporting Renntech Headers and HRE comp drag tires ALL THE WAY AROUND! Your car is amazing. Sorry to say the CLS class out ran the E class today in stock trim :-D
Both of Shawns 11.7 runs were almost number matching runs all the way down the time slip.Bracket racer!
That DA was miserable today...so was the air quality.

I know how it went. I am sure by Saturday afternoon there will be lots of posts on this.
