Southern California E55's E63's

Hey Jangy ,
I really appreciate the breakdowns you are doing.. This guy actually beat you out of the hole a few times which was where you were killing the 63's. I beat you out when I red lighted LOL, dam 4 all my experience I sure drove crappy. Guess I figured my 6 lb battery would give me a huge edge.
The races vs car 16 are really competitive.
one was decided by 2/100th's of a second , uh thats real close. what car was this the E550 or the M3?
Once again my apologies to you for our spat and hope to see you on 11/09/2007, maybe you can bring more of the San Diego crew. Flippin Greg had a ridiculous trap speed, wonder what he did

Oh and you had a tiny margin on me each time, I wouldn't say you walked me. And the video knows best, you got the jump and I pulled on you all the way to the finish.
ON TOP OF ALL THAT, you shouldn't be comparing your car to mine anyway, your car needs to be compared to the E63, my car is supposed to be slower than the E63 (an I believe that it is). But even then, posting my best slip, I beat your best trap and your best 1/4 mile time. I don't know if there is really anything else of material importance.
Going by your logic, if a funny car runs 5 second 1/4 miles, but you go head to head and the guy misses his cue and and spins out and some how you beat him then your car is faster. The head to head only comparison is your last resort and I command your for sticking to it but it's just making you look like a
- baby. But if it's that important to you Jangster, your car is faster and quicker than all of our 63s
.

DUDE!! That battery is a funky setup. I gotta look into 10 of them.

Competitive, but consistent (I won all, no?)

Trez claims it was him.

Dude, I think G's ride flies. I bet Roger loves to read this, but ask G if having 19s didn't make a HUGE difference (just like I said).
I love that you guys all put the effort into DRs and go 18s.

actually headsup from what you posted you lost 2/3 to car 16......He actually beat you at your own game...the launches and lights, your car was likely fatsr but he got the Margin of Victory from what I can see. all three races were really close
As for the head to head racing, it is all driver. Either car is good enough to hold a lead if you can get that jump.
On the 1/4 et times, the stocks were very close. I never did the ice thing to see what a cold lap would do, but I basically sat at 13 all day until it cooled off, where I dug into the just sub 13s. My traps were 107 until the end, when they rose to 108. Actually, I should post the times for all the parameters on all my 54 runs. I definitely improved all day at a consistent pace. Even my traps were climbing at the end. That is why I take pride over the 63s. They were dying off after even 5 runs.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Phils 55 with a cooling mod and large TB, ran 12.61-12.9@110-114. The 63's stock ran from 12.72-13.0 @109-112.5. Looking at times and traps a better race would have been the modded CLS 63 vs Phils 55, really close in times and traps, slightly less fair but still close would be stock 63 vs Phils lightly modded 55. The stock 55 just was starting races great but just flattened out and was pulled every race. Jangy's car is likely having an issue effecting his trap speeds , so really you can throw this day out with the bath water. Greg's E63 showed significant improvement from 9/21-10/26, I believe he increased his trap by 4 mph and stayed out of the 13's. Maybe Phil could scan some of his slips and we could compare his best run with the best stock 63 slip. This would really tell the story as we know Phils car was doing better up top. The other two 55's as usual are .7-1.0 faster and trapping 4-5 mph faster. There were many runs where the stock 63 out trapped the stock 55 by 2-4 mph. By the end the 63 was trapping 109 to the 55 108 so hot lapping definately effected the 63's more

yeah...the only run i had with car#58, and i remember it was one of the first runs i did. so on the data sheet the first time is mine. everything closer to 13 is not mine.
cuz 13.6 is the best i had that day on 550
I guess the 55 is more comprable to the 550 than the 63 . Hahaha, J/K don't get your panties in a bunch.
