CLS55 Running Low 11s
Is it possible?
Just got back from the AMG Challenge and I must say these cars are much nicer and roomier than I originially expected. Only question is, how fast can they pushed....

mod for mod i believe they're within a tenth or two of the e class. after i wear out my e, i'll be looking for a cls55 myself so i think you should pave the way for me!!!

There are not many out there?
The ones I have run are stock and they do about the same as the 63, B U T
they have not been to the Sleeper X shop

2005 E55, Renntech Pulley, ECU
The CLS is SO GOOD LOOKING (IMO). I think it'll look 'current' far longer than a 2006 SL or CL. I've long contemplated changing out my '05 E55 for an '06 CLS55. And now the clock is ticking, as I have 43k miles on my E. Eeee!
Good to hear they aren't much slower. And I take it all the same mods apply? Pulley, TB, etc, all the exact same?
I'm always tempted by the SL, but I've gotta think that they are due for a totally new body soon, having had the current style on the road for as long as they have... The CL is already updated.
