All the arab guy has probably done is be part of a family who owns some oils fields... Gee well done! But at least he knows a great deal when he sees one ...
Clearly the rusky has no concept of the value of money ... and has not had to work one moment for that $15Mio what-so-ever... poor mother russia she has really been taken to the cleaners by these bums.
I say kudos to the guy who sold the plate ...... he must still be laughing his ar$e off about that deal.
The most disturbing thing about this rusky over bidding is its happening everywhere. I have heard first hand of this in London where a rusky aproached a colleague of mine and bid him 2x what his house was worth just so he could live next to his buddy... funny thing is had he bid 1.25 x he would have got it but he bid 2x ...
