Oliver Neumann is the gentleman with the red shirt, Karl Otto Noelle is the gentleman with the navy blue shirt.
Karl Otto Noelle was an ex Alpina technical director for 8 years and now he builds very FAST BMW @ Noelle Motors.
Here's one of his supercharger kit on a 645 @ Evotech. The 645 has a full hartge aero kit + wheels.
