2007 vs 2008 e63
what are the main differences in these two models.
wondering if i should beat myself up trying to find a new 07, versus a new 08 (that will be more abundantly available)
i thought there were some differences in the body , anyone confirm?

No difference in body or styling, but some differences in colors and options:
- 2008 P30 option can now be ordered with carbon fiber interior, which was not available on 2007
- The only black metalic color available for 2008 is Sienna Black, so no more Obsidian Black (now reserved only for S/CL-Class). The flat black still exists of course. So if you want Obsidian black, you may need to go with 2007.
- I think they made a couple of changes to other colors as well
I think they now have a diamond white option.....
All these are minor changes. I would go with the 2007 model and try to get as much of a discount as you can.

Go with an '08 because when you sell it you will get more. If you purchase an 07 the car is more than a year old. If you do go with an 07, watch the build date. The stealer will try to hang you on either car so be patient, the stealer will squirm if you are. I do agree the discount will be higher on the 07 but when you are spending 100 dimes a few either way won't matter.
