I probably understand this list as my two cars are an E55 wagon and an 08 C6 convertible.
I also bought (and sold) a 335 convertible over the summer. Here's my thoughts:
1) Don't buy a 335. Crap. Hated it. Worst automatic transmission I've ever owned. Slipped and jerked at every stop sign and BMW claims it is normal. I've owned 5 BMWs (including an M3 I loved) and likely will never own another
2) S65. Waste of money. Nice cars, but come on, for a third the money an E55 is a lot more than a third the car (I'll likely get flamed for this)
3) Corvette. The Corvette, particularly the C6, is severely underestimated by so many people, particularly the BMW crowd. The 08 has major upgrades and is an incredible car. Personally, I wouldn't buy a Z06, as I love a convertible. The difference in power is less than 80hp now and it is not that hard to make up the difference in mods. I had an 01 with the Procharger (and bored and stroked) and it was actually more power than you could ever use except on the drag strip.
Of the others, I wouldn't buy a first year GT-R. Too risky. The Ferrari would eat you alive in maintenance and is impractical as your only car.
The challenge is that you want it to be an 'all around' one car. I wouldn't do that. I'd buy an E55/E63 and an 06/07 Corvette. You're still less money than the S65 and you have the best of both worlds.
Trust me, I get the choice every day I walk into the garage.
