EGS is TCU software, basically makes the car shift faster and removes torque limiter off the tranny. The gears are very close...1st and 2nd shifts are right there, at least that is how it feels.

Intercooler is the Bottom mount intercooler without no bypass Valve and longer extension of the Bottom Mount, allows more airflow of the cooled air for the supercharger.
