Being a certified welder I can say those welds are garbage,I'd be concerned with the under-cut on the top of the bead in the 4th pic.Looks like a very quick MIG&then ground down to clear the holes. The least they could have done is TIG it&make it look pretty.
BUT,it sounds like your car is running like a raped-date so enjoy!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Get to the track&make some passes&see what she runs

Gixxer..
That Syncro is all you need, especially since you're a Pro.
Ya' A Dynasty 300 DX w/ Coolmate 3 RUNNER. An Inverter... Great on Aluminum, Modify the Waveform Etc. An Inverter cause's less disterbance with electronics, being it's in the house also uses much less power so better again.
The DX has pulse, and complete control, etc.
Daauum..
Seem like we have a lot in common... I've been racing bikes since I was 9 years old...
You're about 40min upstate 87 from me.

I've done 6G x-ray welds on 8" sch.40 pipe w 6010&7108 with a Dynasty 250&at the end of the day I pick it up&throw it in the gangbox.Gotta love it.
I saw all the bike stuff in your garage,I had a CT70 just like the one in the pic,and is that an older FZR or FZ?

The 200 is a transformer&weighs about 300lbs!Inverters are so much better, especially AC for aluminum.I just finished up some Titanium welding on one of my bike exhausts.....I just couldn't pass up on the price of the Synchrowave though.

My ex-cars: 03 E55,04 C32, 05 C55 ,03 E320
Reviving one of my old threads...
I removed the ASP pulleys from my car and returned the engine back to stock.
Wow..
what a difference....
I didn't notice the night and day power , but did experience substantial increase in power when I first had the pulleys installed....but now..once its gone, after i got used to the ASP pulleys...the car does lack the punch with pulleys installed..
I guess with many things in life, you notice it more when its gone.... ah well..![smash](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smashfreak.gif)
The person who bought my pulleys will definitely get a lot of enjoyment out of it!

No offense but that ASP pulley does NOT look like something I would ever put on my car. What's with those welds?? I'm sure (hope) it's balanced, but I can never understand why people would try to save a few bucks to install what appears to be a less quality product on a car like this. I've also never been a fan of the factory-style (elastomer) damper. But to each their own...there's something for everyone.
