Looking for an aftermarket warranty
I recently extended my warranty at the Chrysler dealer(Bayshore Chrysler) in Long island, NY. it has been two month and they already charged me over $3000 on the day i walked in there to sign the paperwork. I have been calling them since then because they promised me to send all the paperwork within two weeks... i called them two weeks ago for the last time and they were out of business. So, i called the Chrysler Contracts directly and they told me they dont even have my vehicle information. Right now, im thinkin about sueing those motherf**kers ..Do u think it's worth it or should i just cancel my transaction?
Also, if im goin to do that, ill probably need to get another aftermarket warranty that i could trust.. So, if u guys know any, i would appreciate some help/advice...

First off, call Chrysler Svc. Contracts directly and ask for Mike. He's great and very helpful. Go ahead and get your warranty written, you don't want to miss any deadlines and not be able to do it because too much time or mileage has passed. You also don't want to get caught with your pants down if something breaks.
Secondly, if you paid the dealer with a credit card call the card company and initiate a chargeback ASAP. That will be your easiest and quickest way to get your money back.
If you just paid cash, then yeah...I'd go and get a lawyer soon. When businesses go under, the odds are that you're only one of many people they left holding the bag, and they usually won't pay unless you make them.
