E63 front bumper

So I got in contact with OEMpartsdirect.com regarding a E63 front bumper and the rep sends me an email with a quote of $429.00 and 29.50 for shipping. I knew right away this has to be a mistake so I asked for a diagram of what I will be recieving, and he sends me this. I told him that this is currently the bumper I have on my car (pic in the diagram) and he says that mercedes uses this diagram for all bumpers AMG or non AMG. What do you guys think about this? I thought E63 front bumper ran atleast 1500 or more?

Keep asking around, but remember he should be quoting wholesale price, considerably less than retail. I got front disks and pads for low $400 from Chris at Oempartsdirect which was $200 less than materials only from my local shop, who in turn says they're $100 less than MB. You could even ask him what they'd be retail

That does sound low because the E55 front bumper cover costs $1500.

Yup.
Just the lower center grill/mesh that is in front of the radiator costs $120.

The E63 bumper list price is $1100 and that does not include fog lights, mesh etc.

Be sure and get a quote to paint the bumper as that will be a large expense.

He asked me about this, and so I contacted MB about the discrepancy in the picture. What I was told was that the EPC uses generic diagrams to denote the same items across a wide spectrum of models purely because it is not time-effective to render a different diagram for every specific vehicle. He also was concerned because the diagram of the foglamps showed rectangular ones as opposed to the round ones that typically fit an AMG. I had one of the foglamps in stock, so I checked it. It was, in fact, round.

Just thought I'd try to clarify things!
