check engine light
I got a check engine light and I hooked up my autoenginuity reader to it, and it says:
P0106: Manifold Absolute Pressure / Barometric Pressure Circuit Range / Performance Problem
anyone know what this could be? Is it something that needs to be fixed asap, or can I wait?

I think your mix will be off, but I do not think you will damage the car in the short term.
It sounds like a sensor responsible for telling the ECU what the air conditions are like, specifically air density. If air density information is wrong, then you will not get optimal mix.
If you are running rich, you can probably drive the hell out of the car and you are ok. If you are lean, things might get hotter than normal and you might damage exhaust valves with aggressive driving. Drive it like it is the break in period and you are probably ok till you get the sensor replaced.
