ECU Removal Tips?
Never had "my" ecu out so I cant help ya there, but Adam will stand behind his stuff.Relax a bit, you'll be fine.
Why did you decide to go ecu only and no pulley or did you do the pulley as well?
I'm saying this because every car responds differently.... and how your car responds to those mods would be useful information for Adam/Tony/Oliver when custom tuning your ECU.
Just my 2c.

See aganzon's thread.... see how Oliver could squeeze 30whp from ECU tuning alone. And I think it's only possible after he knows how aganzon's car responds to mods and fine tunes the ECU accordingly.
I could be wrong...
Here is my stock base dyno:

When doing a true tune to a car, yes it is best to do the ECU tweaks at teh end to compensate for all the mechanical mods. In this case, the code is written. If there are issues with the car after all of the work is done, some simple datalogging and a dyno run would give the tuner some info to tweak the tune. In that case, the ECU will need to be re-sent. That is why it is always best if you are near your tuner and if he has good customer service. In this case, you have an '04 and I know the tune has been worked out pretty well for it.
Enjoy!!
