Nitrous is not my issue, I'm running within a 1/10th either with or without the nitrous, I can't launch on the nitrous anymore for some reason, my 60ft times on nitrous are a joke, not sure what happend but my usually very consistant times are now much quicker but not nearly as consistant as they once were, I guess that comes with the territory. 4 weeks ago I was running at Gateway and actually dialed my jets back to .028 and improved my e/t.

Not yet, getting very close, I had great conditions a few weeks ago but ended up spinning my tire off the rim, it's starting to become a common problem for me, gonna have to go with beadlockers or something. 10.50 is not my goal, the overall MB record is my goal. Based on my last couple trips to the track my car should be capable of 10.40's as it sits now, laid down some high10.60's with less than perfect 60's, if I can get back to my "normal" 1.65 60ft performance should be in mid 10.4 range. Car is in the shop right now, should have it back this week, try to get it back to the track ASAP before weather is too hot.

I guess we should start making a list of all the people going for the record. That is great competition in my eyes. Who ever gets there better hope it stays there cause I could count at least 5-6 people that are aiming for this record as we speak and have different projects to get there. This is good competition and only motivates me to stay competitive.

The record right now is 10.585 @ 132 mph so 10.50 would do the trick but anything in the 10.4x range would be good too

What makes this even more exciting is that most of the people who are going for the record are divided almost in pairs in the engine cateogories:

- Two guys in the 65 category going for the record
- Two guys in the 55 category going for the record
- Two guys in the 63 category going for the record

And I don't even know where to place you anymore

Close is not good enough. That 0.01s was killer. Went back to break it with the new mod and instead the ps pump broke before a single pass I might give it another shot but it feels like it's not meant to be. 0-60mph in 2.6s feels good, I miss it lol

Possibly. Time will tell.

Tell me about it, it took me over 9 months to go from 11.0s to 10.90, the next 2/10ths was almost too easy and now I'm making more power but times are going backwards, I might have found the chassis/optimum hp limit, at least for the drag strip...so frustrating.

I do think I might own the trap record, I'm trapping at 135 and change, and over 105 in the 1/8th mile, this car make some mph.

Dont worry I am sure we will find a spot where to fit me between the 65's and the 55's.. who knows....

Looks like the car is making the power, you just need to get it down the track. Good luck
