For some of the guys making big power, would it be possible to bolt a 600/65 transmission to a 55? They are rated to handle more power and would be an alternative to getting the trans built by a shop thats never done benz transmissions before. I would deifinitely do it if it would work on my W208 CLK55, my car shifts slow as hell! I'd also get a upgraded torque converter at the same time!

Yes, it is. there are TCU issues that have to be worked out, yes. My main issue is with the TQ converter. I'd like to replace that with solid discks and see if can handle it then.

I'm good. Why do you want to run me? My car is sloww. We can meet up whenever. Run Jason if you want to run a fast benz

Jangy- Do you know if anyone is trying to work out the TCU issues? I know level ten says they can make billet torque converters for us.
