How well do snow tires work.....?

Should I see how the Beast handles in the snow?
They've got a winter storm watch on. Public transit has been cancelled.
Roads should be relatively empty, even for xmas shoppers. Media advising people to stay home. Thinking it'll be a good time to go to the mall!
I'm thinking it'll be a very fun drive!!!

Damn.. Is that what it looks like in our neighbourhood???

The 55 drives fine in the snow.. the biggest problem is getting caught in tall snow where the bottom of the car gets stuck.. then the RWD will get you stuck... make sure to put the car in WINTER mode (raise the suspension) if you decide to go out!

I've got the Blizzaks. Put them on the stock rims, so they're a little wide for the snow, but all was good.
They were calling for 12" and I'm pretty sure we got all of that!
Pic of a major 4 lane highway and a couple near the house.
Victor, you're missing all the fun!!!
Lots of cars come with the ESP or their version of it. I haven't driven a car that is anything like the Benz. My previous car with ESP would still let the cars back end slide sideways. The ESP on the Benz was beautiful...absolutely nothing going sideways, perfectly straight.
The more I drive it, the WAY MORE I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!

You crazy guy !!!

Makes me want to just stay here.. lol.. I am not looking forward to arriving to that... Oh man.. I hope my snow removal guy has gone over and cleared the driveway...

BTW, congrats on receiving the car! I guess you had no trouble getting it over the border..

Make your christmas list of mods... Santa will bring them...

Thanks Victor.
Travels home were easy and all went according to plan. I love it when it happens that way.
Now....the wish list IS growing!

That is just cruel! From all of us in MN and inclimate states GO TO HECK!

Yes, I am a tad jealous (maybe even bitter, too)!
