Out Of Control!
When we went through the development of the grind , We had to look at what was in the market . I had to look at the piston Dish depth, squish bands , Block Deck Height. Our market target was then set to the AMG M-113 V-8 5.5 ,Kompressor, and N/A 11 to 1 motors. So The Answer is YES IT will Fit without any Issues. These Cams tend to like some small amount of additional Fuel, So it works perfectly, because our car engine are already slightly rich, in the upper RPM band. . Happy Hoildays From ___PTE___

From what I'm seeing you guys get in gains for a 3K or even sub 3K part there may be some interest to us older M113 guys. I almost want these more than headers but I know I should get the kleemann headers and down pipes first. The cams are worth the sound alone

Should'nt that be the opposite way around, the N/A motors have less piston to valve clearance due to higher compression?

MMmm that's interesting! Are the Kompressor pistons deep dished and sit higher on the rods or something, because the Kompressor motor does have lower compression pistons(9.0:1) than the N/A motors?

Once this last one is sold, it will take 3 - 4 weeks to get another run made assuming the manufacturer has blanks available.
I will give first right of refusal to ROCK on this last set.. if he passes, then this is your last chance for a pair of these cams until I get the next production run delivered.
Please reply here and let me know if you are interested so I know how many to order.
Thanks!!

I am going to get a set of your cams but they may be slightly used. My car will not be driven for a few months so please feel free to ship those beauties to the next person with a valid paypal account.
I do appreciate you holding my spot but I do not want to slow you down.
BTW, we need to talk soon.

The lower the compression the more boost you'll have to run. And IMOP perhaps a tad more reliable under boost. I believe less thermal heat is produced as well. Perhaps someone can confirm.

means less than an RT pulley ..for sure it's more reliable and you are right concerning less thermal stress
but Mallock in UK made the SLR GT with boost till 1.75 bar ..it's 25+ psi
.. and after some calculation I infer that they dropped a final gear close to 3.27

Do the VRP cams perform better than Kleeman cams in a 2005 SL55 AMG?
Does anyone know the stats for both cams, ie lift, dur, etc...

2003 E55 AMG
Just wanted to let you know.. we are about to receive another 5 sets of these cams...
If anyone needs them we have them in stock again.
BTW, we have discovered that on some of the older cars (2003/2004) that CEL lights were popping up (depending on what mods they had) showing MAP sensor errors. We eventually discovered that buying a new MAP sensor fixes this problem. If your car has high mileage you most likely will need to replace your MAP sensor.
