bad news
Came over the lip of a hill, hit some gravel, went into the dirt on the side of the road on a turn, dirt was rut, pulled the car into the trees, car is really ****ed up. After shock wore off, in pain, going to hospital.

Airbags deployed, windshield cracked, side windows and rear window too, whole front right smashed in. Car is ****ED probably going to be classed as total, I don't think the tree is supposed to be in the engine.

When it's that bad, just glad you are okay.
Update us when you get a sec.
Many accidents when I was a partying teenager, for some reason the 3rd day was always the most painful as far as muscle soreness.
Advil and whatever pain meds they can shoot your way will be your friend this weekend.

I wish it was the audi, surefooted mother ****ed wouldn't die - I wrecked #1 P30 E63, WHOOPS! if its totaled...? I will get a . . . I really like exactly what I had... Another one, maybe black w/ parking package? Probably EXACTLY the same, money was no object and its exactly what I want, S class is too big and not sporty enough, I custom ordered this.

Progressive or something, USAA handed me over to them, lots of point on license, no major accidents before this, a fender bender once.

This is really a shame... Right before the Holidays...
Main thing is your going to be ok.
You will feel the worst 24-48hrs after it happened when you tighten up.
Make sure you get some meds from the Hospital/Doctor.
Feel better... Then worry about the car.

Car is worth nothing at the end of the day, regardless of how much it was or whatever. Glad to hear that you are doing fine as that is the most important aspect at the end of the day. Take care and get another Benz.

Its not as bad as I thought, I was really dazed when I walked away last night, there was just water or something on the windshield, it didn't crack.

Judging from your pics, I think that car is ripe for telling the insurance company straight up front that you want to take salvage bids and let it go.
You're not going to want to own that car when all is said and done, it's too ****ed up. Once you get those side curtains deployed etc., it's always going to have squeaks and rattles and that nasty white/yellow powder from the airbags that get inside everything. Looking at the damage, the door seals will never be right, the driveline is prolly out of whack, etc. etc. I would also bet the front frame rail is bent.
Start pushing them to total it.
You're not going to want to own that car when all is said and done, it's too ****ed up. Once you get those side curtains deployed etc., it's always going to have squeaks and rattles and that nasty white/yellow powder from the airbags that get inside everything. Owning or not doesn't matter. If they agree that the car is a total loss, then they will write you a check for the CURRENT value of that car. If not, they will be willing to pay whatever they deem the damages to be. You have a choice on whether to get the car fixed or pocket the money and salvage the car.
