Thanks guys... I agree, def could not pull it off on any light colors, would look cheap, and tacky... Also, the guy who i purchased these from emailed me saying that he will be producing an carbon fiber SL style grille w/o the emblem for our cars, so as soon as i get more info ill pass it along..

I'm torn on the mirror thing. How do they look on folding mirrors? Does the "overlay" show in the side view? Also, isn't the casing a one-piece anyway? Why not just make a CF piece?
