rotating mass?

Guys what is the formula on rotating mass? If I drop 10lbs per corner what will that mean in terms of hp, et or trap if anything?

I've read so many different ways to approximate similar weight savings on so many different websites that I eventually gave up. Some people use a 1 to 4 ratio while others have used a ratio as high as 1 to 8. But even if you stay conservative in your calculations, you'd still be reducing a good amount of weight in my opinion.

Using a 1 to 5 ratio, then reducing 40 lbs of rotating mass is equivalent to almost 200 lbs of static weight
