Pricey, but very nice! Good options: keyless go (a MUST), panoramic roof (I like mine), Sirius (seems trivial, but VERY expensive option), premium package, lighting package, power trunk (a bit frivolous, but still kinda nice)...
Still, ~$60k is pricey for an '05. Granted this is low mileage with the CPO warranty to 100k I think. But you should be able to shave a few thou off the price IMO. Off them $55k, settle at $57k. Even that is NOT cheap given the devaluation we are seeing these days... And only 27 months left on the warranty, what's with that? I thought CPO warranties extended the 5 years to 7 or so. Not sure on that, I need an extended warranty BAD!
You won't be dissapointed, but I'd try to pry some dollars out. FWIW, I'm not expecting to get much more than $45k for my 2005. Granted it has 40k miles and no CPO warranty, but it has some nice mods and is in perfect shape. I suspect I'll end up getting even less, should I decide to sell her. So $60k seems high, especially without the pricey options (distronic, phone, etc).
Good luck and keep us posted!

For the money you could easily be in an 06 if you can wait. Do you really want black, they are an absolute pain to keep clean?

Thanks guys. I really want black with the burlwood (which is difficult to find). Also all the options that the car has I want except the pano I can do without especially here in Houston. Ill give it a try as I am in no hurry so may even wait given that I am going on a month long vacation shortly..

The way the CPO warranty works with Mercedes is the following:
All is does is extend the factory 4 year warranty for 1 more year. Take the original sales date of the vehicle and add 5 years for a CPO car and this is when will be when it expires.
