New guy here with newb question!!!
I would like to start off by saying my name is Alek and im located in SoCal.
My first question is, on the E63 how do you get the speedometer to glow. I was driving one day and saw the 20, 40, 60 and so on was glowing.

no, its not the cruise control.
the numbers 20, 40, 60 and so on turn somewhat redish brownish and it gets about 1/3 bigger then normal. It glows nice and bright
Again, maybe this only happens on the 08 models.

obviously at night when lights are on , so 20 mph 40 mph then 60 mph lights up? maybe our first 08 difference

Im located in Glendale/Burbank Ca.
The E63 was my parents car but they wanted to sell it, so i said i'll buy it
The car is silver and a really big jump from my old 2006 Honda S2000 that i just sold.
So are there any meets around town?

Okay, i went for a drive and i guess the street lights make the even numbers glow a bit. But i could swear i remember seeing it bright up for a few seconds while driving. I couldn't get it to stay for a few seconds but on the second picture you can see that when the car is off the even numbers are a lot thicker then the odd numbers. It was that thick and turned a nice orange/ whiteish color.
Or am i just going crazy
