Need advice

Hi guys.
I had oil leak about two months ago and SA told me that it was from transmission. SA said that the bad gasket was replaced however I noticed more oil drops on floor.
Last weekend, Check engine light came on so I took it to dealer. Today I got a call from SA and told me that they have not found the cause of the leak. They had to take out the transmission.
Should I be concerned?
Someone told me that leak problem is not easy fix and the car will have leak problem all the time.

It is at House of import.
I am just worried because I always had bad luck with car.
My previous car, Cayenne turbo had so many problems.
So do you think that it will be oaky once they find the source of the leak?

My car is still at the dealer. It has been almost a week!
The cause of leak was bad engine oil pan gasket.
The cause of Check engine light is still not known however SA told me there is DTB for 63 engines. I believe that they replaced intake manifold gasket.
SA is hoping that this would take care of Check engine light.
Hopefully there won't be anymore problems.

I would keep a careful record of all the problems, dates, repairs, etc. I don't know if you purchased it new. If you did, and the problems persist, the option of lemon law is open to you.

Thank you. I am keeping all the records so if it happens again, I can do something about it.
