What it does is flip the electronic housing. We all already know that the room under there is minimal, so there is a potential for it to get in the way of airboxes, turbo tubes, that kind of thing. I think it can be modded to work and still be worth the $$ as compared to the prices that the tuners are charging today. But, I have not actually played with the thing enough to know what it does and doesn't work with. My fitment was on an OEM E55 sitting at the dealership and we did not even have the key to turn it on. I only got to play with parts and it fit (despate many people saying it doesn't). All the negativity behind this idea is exactly why I am going to continue looking for a cheaper source.
