any members with the factory blue tint on their windows install an aftermarket tint? anyone go 50% or 40%? was curious if the factory tint has to be factored into the after market tint?
want to be able to see out fairly easily at night and improve the look of my black on black car. dont want it too dark as i have heard of an increase in LEO activity regarding tints in the bay area. thanks

I had my S55 done in Livermore if you are close. Rocky Mountain Window Tint.
btw don't forget to ask for the extra felt pieces.

+1 for Rocky Mountain Window Tint in Livermore. Top notch installers and use one of the best, if not best, with Formula One Pinnacle Series ceramic tint. I have 50% Pinnacle Series.

i used total eclipse in san rafael ca, 20% black in the rear to match my pano-roof,35% on the sides(in platinum), and 50% on the windshield(plat.)looks good and doesn't mess with am reception w/ the black non-metallic rear tint.
