Too much dude. It's an '05, the E 63 is out and a fully redesigned E is coming out in a year. You have to drop it. Just my two cents. We can talk about it more if you want, just PM me.

you can buy stock 05 with high miles without extended warranty not 05 with lowww miles , lots of mods and entended warranty

Nice mods & nice car. I'd be interested if it were another color, black or dark blue. Looks like you and Phybenz are getting closer. I think you should try to make a deal.

Unfortunately with the state of the economy it is a buyers market. If you don't have to sell it, don't but if you do then you are very likely to get less than what you want unless you can hold out.

That E63 just sold for $72K with only the factory warranty remaining, say 3 years or less.

This '05 will make someone a very nice ride (at the right price). What would that be?
