yes. absolutely...but with no dillusions about the locks being the panacea for
thefts. use will discourage the casual thefts...thefts of opportunity. but if
someone has really set their mind on grabbing your HRE, DPE, CCW et al, you
can be sure they will.
otherwise, with a defeatist mentality, there would be no need to lock doors etc
based on the theory that 'they'll get inside anyway....'

Wheel locks arnt stoping anybody...Ive been to a few wheel shops that easily open up the wheel locks w/o the key....I have locks on mine, But it dosnt make me feel any better about my wheels not being stolen
