Am looking to get out of my great lease on my E55. The car is a 2006 Pewter/Charcoal E55 loaded with parktronic, keyless go, cd changer, heated/ventilated seats. The car is in immaculate condition (pics to follow) and was picked up in 3/2006. Lease goes through 6/2009 so approximately 13 months left. I am way under miles, with 23K miles on the car. Total miles on the lease are 48,781. Payment is 1096.61 and 90.47 for california tax. This was leaseed under super low money factor!

i am interested but FYI you will have to probably offer a bit of an incentive to get this done.

almost worked out a deal here with a forum member to take over his lease on a 2007 E63 at about the same payment with 6k cash to me. albeit the lease was for another 46 months.

since you have 13 months left, id settle for 2 months worth of lease payments and you paying all the doc/transfer fees. if you are seriously insterested you can PM me and we can continue the conversaiton there.
