Guys.. I made a big error on my post.. i just looked through the invoice we received for the work and there was some miscommunication...
The transmission enhancements themselves are: $3950..
The torque converter work was $1295...
This package normally retails for $6700
VRP is able to provide them for: $5,245
You can order the tranny and torque converter separately or as a package.
My apologies for this mixup.. Now that I got the paperwork on what exactly was done I can see the breakdowns in costs...
NOTE
----------
These transmissions are built to spec.. The company that does them can custom tailor each unit depending on usage and power requirements.. This price point is a package we put together for someone who has our VR700 package or similar mods.. We told them what we were after and this is what they delivered to us.
Sorry for the confusion.

Bro it will wrk in your car. Trust me!!!!! All the V8 AMG's basically share the same tranny!!! The E55k maybe even more beefier but I cannot confirm. If not I'm sure Vic could send out your tranny.

Here is what was done to the trans:
1. Complete Disassembly, cleaning
2. Spec Clutch Plates
3. Extensive Valve Body Modification
4. Pump Modification
5. Tolerances adjusted to each gear
6. Increased Tolerances
7. Adjusted Stall Speed for Torque Converter
I cannot go into great detail but the above summarizes what will be done to our trans upgrades. Each transmission is BUILT TO SPEC For instance, the above trans will go into a VR700 car and has a stall speed adjusted to +200 to +300 rpms. The entire torque converter is replaced. For warranty to be effective, we must flush lines with a heated fluid wash through the trans cooler lines. Warranty is usually 3 YEARS, 50,000 miles but will vary depending on the actual spec.

Can someone provide some insight on the weakness of our trannys. It seems the 65 and the e55 share the same tranny. Numerous 65's and e55's are in the 10's and mid/low 11's without any tranny. This leads me to believe that our units are quite strong. Just curious as to what parts of the tranny fail when significant hp is created.
Thanks in advance

No dynos yet.. The VR700 car that has the bullet trans is going back to Houston for some tweaking.
Havoc's car will get the Bullet Trans also but only once we have had a chance to thoroughly test everything out on the E55 VR700 car.

We can get the torque converter by itself but I think the price is $1600 or so.. I have to double check. It raises stall speed by a few hundred RPM and has been modified internally but I dont know all the details of what they do to it.
No.. Havoc's car is getting the TT ontop of SC.. This E55 VR700 has everything that Jim's car has plus the bullet trans, bigger headers and some other goodies.

Is that the TT on top of the SC plus cams? I'm scared of those cams for now, but I want 700!!

It's taking alot of time to make sure every previous stage of mods is perfect.. Right now we are stuck at making sure the 5.7L is perfect and to see how much power we can get out of the platform before TT are added.
Not yet.. The car that has the trans is making its way back to Houston.. Once it arrives we'll get some seat time behind it and provide a full report.
I am not sure about the TC mod alone.. I havent tried it but I dont see why it wouldnt work with the stock trans.. The Bullet trans is just reinforced to handle more abuse..
That's the next order of business once the motor is all done.
Yup.. 722.9 can be reinforced also.. I haven't done one yet, but we will be doing it to the CLK63 cab that is getting the wide body.
Yup.. Otherwise there **COULD** be more costs involved.
