My dad could've stuck me in a motel 6 with a girlie mag and I woulda had the best vacation ever......or a Cosmo.....or a newspaper with women in it.....or just a piece of paper with the word woman on it.
Man those 16 year old hormones are just ragin.
Lots and lots of nice stuff around that area Roland. Someone should be able to hook you and the guys up.

Thanks Jim,
I'm confined to the USA (St. John and St. Thomas not interested) since one of the teenagers can't get a passport in time for our April Vacation...No Naturilization (SP) papers. Anyways, thinking of the west coast so I thought San Diego........
It's difficult to find a family resort with suites geared towards kids in the USA where it is warm......
It’s a wonderful destination, even for the locals. www.hoteldel.com

we go every year to San Diego, Hotel del is the best place to stay IMO. Just make sure you stay in a suite room and tell them you want to stay only in the "new" building.
Victorian building looks nice but its very old.
Hotel Del is very nice, as is the surrounding area. it is kind of an Island (not really), so it has some exclusivity and "resort" feel to it.
Other places to consider are Del Mar, La Costa, or even one of the new luxury hotels that have just been built in downtown San Diego.
Depending on your planned activities, I'd rent a car and just chill!!
Stay as far from L.A. AND Mexico as possible

Jangy, if I visit I will hook up with you. Hey James from Creative, I would love to check out your shop.
I love this community.........Thanks everyone.........
HAHA!!!! That would be worth the trip!!! I haven't seen so many ragged out bimmers and audis in my life!!
Take heed on the room at the Del. It is literally in the same "condition" that it was 60 years ago. Some people do end up spending a pretty penny and then get really upset in the room. I like the old building, but only certain rooms. Ask to look at the room before you take it and all is good.
I'll even come pick you up and take you over to Creative if you are serious about it. I could use a laugh these days.
just depends on what you like to do on vacation really. some people like to lounge around and do nothing (that's me) and some people like to get out there and look at all the stuff they can cram into their schedule...

Peace bro.

I stayed at the Del once I was unimpressed. However, since you have kids with you it should do just fine.
